This award is presented to the member of the student body, irrespective of class, who has done the most to promote the interests of athletics at Amherst during the past year - interests defined as participation in athletics, outstanding contribution or promotion of athletics, or in any way focusing the attention of the college or the public in athletics.
Zhou's leadership in CACSAC, advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community, work as one of the Amherst Women's Soccer Team DEI representatives, and contributions on the field were all recognized in her selection.
